Note:

On January 31, 2017 Peter S. Davis as Receiver,  through his attorney Ryan Anderson, filed a complaint in the US Bankruptcy Court to determine the dischargeability of debts against Yomtov Menaged.  The Complaint contains 20 counts including the nondischargeability of debts, conversion, breach of fuduciary duties and unjust enrichment.
