On March 29, 2017 the Honorable Lori Horn Bustamante of the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in and for Maricopa County ("Superior Court"), ordered the establishment of procedures for the adjudication of claims requested in the Receiver's Petition No. 19.
The Receiver, through Counsel, prepared a Notice of the Right to File a Proof of Claim ("Notice") against the DenSco Investment Corporation ("DenSco"). The Notice stated that any person who had a claim against DenSco or the receivership assets or other property in the possession or control of the Receiver shall, on or before June 30, 2017, submit a Proof of Claim to the court appointed Receiver, on a form provided by the Receiver. The Notice also stated that any claim not submitted to the Receiver by June 30, 2017 would be barred forever. The Receiver received the above mentioned claims, on the forms provided by the Receiver, and prepared a claims report and recommendations to be filed with the Superior Court pursuant to the order on Petition No.19.
On August 1, 2017, the Receiver, through Counsel, filed the Notice of Filing the Receiver's List of Filed Claims ("Notice"), the Claims Report and Recommendations pursuant to the Receiver's Petition No. 19.
